ORDER

To order from the 29KNOTS Online Store, you do not need to register. Simply enter all the necessary data during the ordering process.

HOW TO ORDER

1. select your desired size

2. place the item in the SHOPPING CART.

3. when you have finished shopping, simply click on the SHOPPING CART at the top right.

4. enter your shipping address and your email address.

5. select your preferred payment method.

6. check that the information provided is correct and then click BUY.

After just a few minutes you will receive an order confirmation by email with all the information about your order. Our team will take care of everything else. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive another confirmation email.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

On each product page you will find information about the available sizes and colours as well as a description of the item and information about its composition, care and other features.

If you move the mouse pointer over the product image, it will automatically show you the zoom perspective of the respective item. Mobile, on your smartphone or tablet, please click on the product image to access the enlarged view.

PAYMENT

In order to make your order as uncomplicated and quick as possible, we offer you various payment options.

PAYPAL

With PayPal you can make your purchase easily and quickly without having to enter your credit card information on the website.

Your account will be debited when the order is completed. If you do not have a PayPal account but would like to create one, visit paypal.com.

CREDIT CARD

Of course you can also pay with your credit card. No matter if Visa, Mastercard or American Express, we process all common providers. During the payment process your sensitive data will not be visible to us in order to offer you maximum security.

BITCOIN (plus Altcoins)

It is a special concern for us to be able to offer you Bitcoin as a payment method. We use Coinbase Commerce for this purpose. We can offer you payment in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and USD Coin (USDC).

PREPAYMENT

Immediately after receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation message from us to your specified email address. In this message you will find all the necessary information, as well as our bank details, in order to be able to transfer the purchase amount to us.

You can either make the transfer directly online or by using a simple transfer slip from your bank.

As soon as the outstanding amount for the purchase of the goods has been credited to our account, we will immediately dispatch the order to you.

We try to keep our shipping costs as clear as possible, which is why we only distinguish between three categories.

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays.

For shipping your new products, we mainly use DHL, as these providers have proven to be particularly fast and reliable.
